Personal data collected during this process is obtained through physical media (forms, contracts), electronic media (website, email, online forms), and verbal communication.

Your personal data is collected by automatic or non-automatic means based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, including being explicitly stipulated by law, performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and legitimate interests of the data controller.

To request information if your personal data has been processed

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose

To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly

To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK

To object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems

To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data

Our Company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional cost, a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
